Get a farm-fresh variety of pork from our pastured heritage pigs. You'll receive approximately 1 Boston Butt (approximately 5-6 pounds), 1 rack of St. Louis Style Spareribs, and 4 Thick-Cut Pork Steaks.
All orders placed by Wednesdays at 6pm will be available for pickup at the Jasper Farmers Market on Saturdays from 7:30am-12:00pm. Midweek pickup at Riggin Farm by appointment only with a 3 day notice.

When placing your order, the default pickup location will be the Jasper Farmers Market on Saturday from 7:30am-11:30am. If you would like to pickup at the farm on a different day, please send us an email after completing the order letting us know what your preferred day and time would be. We'll respond letting you know whether or not that will be a good time, with some alternate time slots to choose from.
The perishable nature along with unreasonable shipping cost prevents us from shipping this product. Any online orders that are unable to be picked up in-person within 5 business days will not be refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience.
