Volunteer at Riggin Farm

        Schedule time to volunteer at Riggin Farm to see how we sustainably & ethically raise pigs, chickens, rabbits, sheep, goats, & tilapia and grow a variety of produce & flowers without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. You will have the opportunity to interact with & feed the animals and learn about our farming methods. This time is perfect for beginning homesteaders or anyone interested in being more self-sufficient. Riggin Farm is a working farm, so we spend the majority of our time & money investing in producing all-natural products rather than making the property "Instagram perfect" all the time. Things you may expect to do as a volunteer: pull weeds, turn compost, carry 50 lb bags of feed, plant seeds, shovel soil, move debris, harvest vegetables, feed animals, construction projects, fencing, etc.

        *We will be on foot, and there are hills on our 25 acres. We don't recommend volunteering if you have mobility issues. Wheelchairs & strollers will not be able to traverse the terrain, and you can expect a good workout when going from one area to the next.
